EPACK Durable has formed a Joint Venture with South Korea's Bumjin Electronics Co. Limited. EPACK will hold 66.67% of the JV, aiming to manufacture and sell television speakers, soundbars, and smart audio devices. This collaboration, with an initial authorized capital of INR 14 Cr, targets expanding EPACK's electronics business in India, fostering import substitution, and leveraging Bumjin's global manufacturing expertise. The strategic move enhances EPACK's product portfolio and market presence in consumer electronics.
