Indian Energy Exchange Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹141.75 Cr from ₹123.56 Cr year-over-year. Net profit for the quarter climbed to ₹120.70 Cr, up from ₹96.44 Cr in the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹1.36, compared to ₹1.08 previously. The board also approved the appointment of M/s MNK and Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
