Anant Raj Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Anant Raj Ltd's board approved strong consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to Rs. 592.41 Cr, and profit rose significantly to Rs. 125.88 Cr. Operationally, the second data center in Panchkula is now live, and cloud services integration with Orange Business has begun. A new large private sector client was secured for the Manesar data center. In real estate, "The Estate Apartments" in Gurugram launched to excellent response, and development commenced at Ashok Estate. A 1.09 million sq. ft. Group Housing-2 project launch is expected shortly. Shareholders also approved a final dividend of Re. 0.73 per share for FY25.
