BSL Ltd. reported flat revenue at Rs 667.06 Cr for FY25, but Profit After Tax (PAT) declined to Rs 8.16 Cr (from Rs 11.23 Cr), impacted by higher raw material costs and price pressures. The company is investing Rs 25.00 Cr in process house modernization and a 2 MWp solar power project to boost efficiency and sustainability. BSL is expanding into new export markets and targeting key domestic segments for growth. Continuing its green commitment, BSL uses 100% agro-fuel and 63% recycled fibers. A dividend of Rs 0.82 Cr is proposed.
