EPACK Durable Limited — Important, 24-07-2025: Arrangements for strategic, technical, manufacturing, or marketing tie up

EPACK Durable has formed a Joint Venture with South Korea's Bumjin Electronics. EPACK will hold 66.67% in the JV, which will focus on manufacturing and selling television speakers, soundbars, and smart audio devices. This strategic move aims to bring world-class manufacturing excellence to India, expand EPACK's product portfolio, and enhance brand visibility in the growing smart home market. The JV leverages EPACK's electronics expertise and promotes domestic value addition, technology transfer, and import substitution. Initial authorized share capital for the JV is INR 0.1 Cr.
