Shemaroo Entertainment Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Shemaroo Entertainment's Board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from Operations stood at ₹139.52 Cr, with a net loss of ₹45.81 Cr.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raman Maroo as MD, Mr. Atul Maru as Jt. MD, and Mr. Hiren Gada as WTD & CEO, each for a further three years from January 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Namrata Shinde has been appointed as the new Compliance Officer. Additionally, the transfer of Mango TV broadcasting license to Mango Mass Media Private Limited for at least ₹25 lakh is planned, subject to government approval.
