Adani Enterprises Limited — Important, 24-07-2025: Agreements

Adani Enterprises (AEL) has signed agreements with MetTube Mauritius to form two 50:50 joint ventures in the copper tube business. AEL will divest 50% of Kutch Copper Tubes Limited (KCTL) to MetTube and acquire 50% of MetTube Copper India Private Limited (MCIPL). This partnership leverages Adani's infrastructure with MetTube's global expertise. The aim is to expand and scale India's copper tube production, reducing import dependence and supporting the 'Make in India' vision for HVAC and other critical sectors. Both parties will have equal control, including director appointments.
