Sobha Limited — Others, 24-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Sobha Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, with shareholders participating through e-voting. Key resolutions transacted included the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the last fiscal year, and the declaration of a ₹3 dividend per equity share. Shareholders also voted on the reappointment of Mr. Jagadish Nangineni as a director, the appointment of Secretarial Auditors for five years, and the ratification of remuneration for Cost Auditors. A significant proposal approved was the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.
