Manappuram Finance has updated its 33rd Annual General Meeting agenda. The company is withdrawing a proposal to increase the Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) shareholding limit to 74% of its paid-up capital. This is because current foreign investment regulations already permit FPIs to hold up to 100% in the company. Consequently, the resolution for a 74% limit is no longer required. This clarifies the company's investment landscape for foreign investors and streamlines the upcoming AGM.
