Tiaan Consumer's board has approved key changes to its leadership and oversight. Mr. Parmanand Chaubey has been redesignated from Non-Executive Director to Managing Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. The company also appointed Ms. Iroda Alloyorovna Ochilova as an Additional Non-Executive Director for five years, also subject to shareholder nod. Additionally, Parul Agrawal & Associates will serve as Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26, and Mr. Mukesh Sah was appointed as Internal Auditor for five years, an appointment advised by the Audit Committee.
