Polo Queen Industrial and Fintech Limited's board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income reached Rs 17.43 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 0.72 Cr. Standalone total income was Rs 17.22 Cr, resulting in a net profit of Rs 0.56 Cr. The board also re-appointed M/s. N. K. Jalan and Co. as Statutory Auditors for four years. Furthermore, Mr. Umesh Kumar Agarwalla and Mr. Udit P. Sanghai were re-appointed as Whole-time Directors for three years each, ensuring continuity in leadership. Mr. Sanghai is a promoter and relative of the Executive Director.
