Saurashtra Cement Limited — Board Meeting, 24-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Saurashtra Cement's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹423.57 Cr, up from ₹385.80 Cr in the same quarter last year. Net profit soared to ₹16.85 Cr, compared to ₹9.86 Cr year-on-year. Basic EPS improved to ₹1.52 from ₹0.89. The company also allotted 16,203 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme during the quarter. Saurashtra Cement operates in Cement & Clinker and Paints segments.
