Eternal Limited, formerly Zomato Limited, completed its name change in FY25. The company delivered strong financial results for the year, with consolidated revenue up 67% to INR 20,243 Cr and Adjusted EBITDA tripling to INR 1,079 Cr. Net profit improved to INR 527 Cr. Quick commerce saw 113% Net Order Value growth, and its store network more-than-doubled to 1,301 locations. The cash balance significantly increased to INR 18,824 Cr, boosted by an INR 8,446 Cr Qualified Institutional Placement in November. Shareholders have approved the name change and capital raise. Re-appointment of statutory and secretarial auditors is proposed.
