Karur Vysya Bank Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-07-2025: Record Date

Karur Vysya Bank has set August 07, 2025, as the record date for its FY24-25 dividend eligibility. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the 106th Annual General Meeting on August 21, 2025, will be paid from August 22, 2025. The bank also plans to increase its authorized share capital from ₹200 Cr to ₹250 Cr and implement a new employee stock option scheme for 3 crore shares, all pending shareholder approval.
