Jubilant Pharmova Limited — Others, 24-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Jubilant Pharmova shareholders have approved the special resolution to sell and transfer its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business. The sale will be on a slump sale basis to Jubilant Biosys Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The resolution passed with an overwhelming majority, receiving 12.45 crore votes in favour against 4,230 votes against. This internal restructuring allows the company to proceed with the strategic realignment of its API operations within the group, reflecting strong investor confidence in the decision.
