EPACK Durable has formed a Joint Venture with South Korea's Bumjin Electronics, marking Bumjin's entry into India. This strategic move aims to expand EPACK's presence in smart audio, manufacturing soundbars, TV speakers, and Bluetooth devices. Leveraging EPACK's manufacturing and Bumjin's audio expertise, operations are set to begin by Q3 FY2026. The JV targets a 30% market share in its segment, diversifying EPACK's portfolio beyond ACs and enhancing domestic production capabilities while reducing import dependency for speaker systems.
