Sakar Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 25-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sakar Healthcare's board approved Q1 FY26 financial results: Consolidated revenue ₹52.74 Cr, profit after tax ₹4.67 Cr (EPS ₹2.11).

The 21st Annual General Meeting is set for September 23, 2025, with e-voting.

Three new Independent Directors and key Senior Management joined: COO Mr. Sudhir Ghule, SVP Finance Mr. Raviraj Karia, and SVP International Business Mr. Nimesh Suthar.

Of the ₹8.64 Cr preferential issue, ₹3.39 Cr is utilized. The remaining ₹5.25 Cr is for oncology unit expansion, to be deployed within six months.
