Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited shareholders have approved the appointment of two Nominee Directors through a Postal Ballot. Sri Kumar Jayant, an IAS officer and Chairman and Managing Director of The Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited, has been appointed as a Nominee Director not liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Sri Ashish Kumar Srivastava, an IFS officer and Special Secretary (Forests) for the Government of Tamilnadu, has also been appointed as a Nominee Director. These appointments strengthen the company's board with experienced individuals, enhancing governance and strategic oversight.
