Vakrangee has reported strong financial results for the quarter, with Total Income rising 18.0% to Rs 70.35 Cr and Profit After Tax increasing 48.5% to Rs 3.32 Cr. Gross Transaction Value reached Rs 13,928.4 Cr. The company is strategically focusing on non-cash banking offerings like loans and insurance. Subsidiary Vortex Engineering saw 23.2% revenue growth, shipping 657 ATMs and securing an LOI for 600 more, with visibility for over 5,000 ATMs in FY2025-26. RBI’s increased ATM interchange fee is expected to boost future EBITDA by Rs 5-10 Cr. Vakrangee also launched its BharatEasy Mobile Super App and plans significant ATM and Kendra network expansion.
