Intellect Design Arena Limited — Board Meeting, 25-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Intellect Design Arena's board announced key personnel changes. Mr. V.V. Naresh, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will retire effective July 31, 2025. The company has appointed Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj as his successor, taking charge from August 1, 2025. Bharadwaj brings over 12 years of diversified experience in corporate and securities laws, having previously worked with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS. He will also be authorized for stock exchange disclosures, a critical role for investor communication.
