Intellect Design Arena announced a key management personnel change. Mr. V.V. Naresh, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, will retire effective July 31, 2025, due to superannuation. Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj, a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in corporate and securities laws, including past roles at Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. He will take charge from August 01, 2025. This leadership transition ensures continuity in the company's critical compliance and secretarial functions.
