The company has appointed Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj to assume this crucial role. Mr. Bharadwaj brings over 12 years of diversified experience in corporate and securities laws, having previously worked with Infosys, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS. He will also be authorized for determining the materiality of events and disclosures to stock exchanges.
