Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 25-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Mahindra Lifespaces successfully completed a rights issue of 5.81 crore equity shares at ₹257 each, infusing ₹1,494.54 Cr. This significant fund infusion is aimed at debt repayment, land acquisitions, and boosting working capital, notably improving the company's balance sheet to a cash surplus position. Additionally, 12,195 new equity shares were allotted to eligible employees under the ESOS-2012 scheme. Of these, 9,195 shares were issued at ₹10 each, and 3,000 bonus shares at ₹0, increasing the company's paid-up equity capital.
