Intellect Design Arena has announced a key leadership change. Mr. V.V. Naresh, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will retire from the company due to superannuation. Effective August 1, Mr. Prakash Bharadwaj has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Bharadwaj brings over 12 years of diversified experience in corporate and securities laws from previous roles at Infosys group, Mindtree, HSBC, and TCS. This transition ensures continuity in crucial compliance and governance functions, vital for maintaining shareholder trust and regulatory adherence.
