Hyundai Motor India has announced a board meeting outcome. The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. C.S. Gopalakrishnan as Whole-Time Director, effective July 28, 2025, until August 31, 2026. This re-appointment, following a review by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gopalakrishnan, currently the Chief Manufacturing Officer, brings over 39 years of automotive experience, including being a founding team member at HMIL. His leadership is key in expanding SUV production and integrating EV models.
