The company reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of INR 1,019 Cr (+17% YoY) and EBITDA of INR 140 Cr (+94% YoY), turning profitable with Net Profit at INR 10 Cr. Its order book stands strong at INR 4,888 Cr, with INR 1,529 Cr in new orders this quarter. The Global Services business demerger is now complete, with listing expected in August 2025. STL continues pushing innovation with Multi-Core Fibre and expanding its AI-led Data Centre solutions. Net debt is at INR 1,300 Cr.
