The company has published details regarding the AGM, book closure period, and remote e-voting process. The share transfer books will be closed from August 14 to August 20 to determine eligible shareholders for any dividend declared for FY 2024-25. Shareholders can cast their votes electronically from August 16 until August 19, with August 13 as the cut-off date. A live webcast of the AGM proceedings will also be available.
