KRONOX has announced a board meeting held on July 25. The company will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting on August 18, 2025. Key leadership re-appointments were approved: Mr. Jogindersingh Jaswal as Chairman & MD, and Mr. Ketan Ramani & Mr. Pritesh Ramani as Whole-time Directors, all for a three-year term starting September 1, 2025.
