The Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Krishna Hareshbhai Bhatt as an Additional Independent Director, effective July 26. Ms. Bhatt, a Company Secretary with over 5 years of corporate law and governance experience, brings significant value. Concurrently, the company has re-constituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees. Ms. Bhatt will now chair the Audit Committee and serve on the other two, enhancing governance.
