Tiaan Consumer Limited has updated the composition of its key Board committees. The Audit Committee, responsible for financial oversight, now includes Ms. Bhoomi Girish Bhadra as Chairperson, alongside Mr. Divyesh Kishor Bhanushali and Mr. Parmanand Chaubey. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee, which handles executive appointments and compensation, is chaired by Ms. Bhoomi Girish Bhadra, with Mr. Divyesh Kishor Bhanushali and Ms. Iroda Alloyorovna Ochilova as members.
