LIC Housing Finance has notified shareholders about the transfer of unclaimed dividends for the financial year 2017-18 and corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shareholders who haven't claimed dividends for seven consecutive years through FY2023-24. To prevent this transfer, affected shareholders must submit their claim documents, including an indemnity bond, by September 15, 2025, to the Registrar and Transfer Agent. If unclaimed, shares registered in physical form will be dematerialized and transferred by September 26, 2025. Post-transfer, claims can only be made directly from the IEPF Authority.
