AksharChem India Limited — Board Meeting, 25-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AksharChem's board has announced a meeting where they approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations came in at Rs 96.96 Cr, with a profit of Rs 0.71 Cr. Basic EPS was Rs 0.89. The board also reappointed Mrs. Paru M. Jaykrishna as Chairperson & Managing Director for three years, effective April 1, 2026. This, along with the reappointment of Mr. Bipin L. Makwana as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY25-26, is subject to shareholder approval.
