TNPL's board has announced key outcomes. Q1 FY25-26 saw a standalone loss after tax of ₹7.41 Cr, reversing last year's ₹21.91 Cr profit. Revenue was ₹1154.55 Cr, EBITDA ₹113.92 Cr. This profitability slump is due to falling paper prices and rising raw material costs. Management aims to improve sales and profit via premium products. The 45th AGM is now September 18, 2025, where the ₹3/share final dividend for FY25 will be proposed. Dr. N.
