Nupur Recyclers Limited — Important, 25-07-2025: Agreements

Nupur Recyclers (NRL) has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Dickey Mudra Fund and Tycod Autotech Private Limited (Tycod). NRL will acquire a 51% stake in Tycod, effectively taking over its entire business as a going concern. This includes all of Tycod's land, building, plant, machinery, and other assets, along with its current liabilities. This strategic acquisition is set to expand NRL's operational footprint, integrating Tycod's existing business and positioning NRL for potential future growth. The transaction is not with related parties.
