LKP Securities has proposed a preferential issue of up to 47.62 lakh equity shares, each priced at Rs. 21.00, to raise approximately Rs. 10.00 Cr. The funds are intended for investment in/acquisition of Bond Street Capital Private Limited and general corporate purposes. This issue is to Mahendra Doshi (on behalf of M/s L K Panday), a promoter group entity. If approved by shareholders via postal ballot, this will increase the promoter's stake from 71.04% to 72.62%. New shares and the allottee's existing holding will be subject to a lock-in period. Shareholders will vote electronically.
