GCM Capital Advisors has opened a special window for shareholders to resubmit physical share transfer requests that were rejected or pending from before April 1, 2019. This window will be open for six months, closing on January 6, 2026. Shareholders should send required documents to the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent. Importantly, any shares re-lodged for transfer will only be issued in dematerialized form. Investors must have a demat account and provide their Client Master List with the transfer documents. This helps investors convert old physical shares to electronic format.
