RACONTEUR GLOBAL RESOURCES's shareholders at their 7th Annual General Meeting approved increasing the company's authorized share capital to Rs. 48 crore. This move provides the company greater flexibility for future capital raising to support growth initiatives. Separately, Mr. Iqbal Singh, a Non-Executive Director, ceased to be on the board. His re-appointment resolution by rotation did not pass, leading to a change in the company's board composition.
