Starteck Finance will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting to adopt FY2024-25's audited financial results. For FY25, standalone revenue was ₹ 29.63 Cr and ₹ 10.04 Cr profit. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹ 32.71 Cr with ₹ 10.42 Cr profit. A final dividend of ₹ 0.25 per equity share is proposed for non-promoter shareholders. Shareholders will also vote on a significant proposal to raise up to ₹ 1,500 Cr via various securities, including up to ₹ 1,000 Cr in Non-Convertible Debentures. This capital raise aims to fuel growth, acquisitions, and working capital needs.
