An Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer, he currently serves as Additional Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance. Shri Anandan brings extensive experience in policy-making and implementing government schemes, along with financial expertise as a qualified Cost and Management Accountant with a Master's in Commerce. This appointment is expected to enhance the board's strategic direction and oversight.
