CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited — Others, 25-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

CG Power and Industrial Solutions has confirmed that all nine resolutions proposed at its 88th Annual General Meeting were approved by shareholders with the required majority. Key approvals include the adoption of the company's standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year and the confirmation of the interim dividend. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of directors Mr. M A M Arunachalam, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Rajaram Iyer, and Mr. P S Jayakumar, along with the payment of commission to Mr. Arunachalam. The appointments of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration were also approved.
