Bharti Hexacom Limited — Others, 25-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bharti Hexacom has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting via video conferencing, where members will adopt financial statements for FY25 and consider a ₹10 per share dividend. The company delivered strong FY25 results with revenue up 21% to ₹8,548 Cr, EBITDAaL up 27% to ₹3,779 Cr, and net profit up 59% to ₹1,281 Cr (before exceptional items). Operational highlights include a 28 million customer base, expanded 5G and broadband networks, and the deployment of an AI-powered spam detection tool. The company prepaid ₹858 Cr in spectrum liabilities and redeemed ₹2,000 Cr in debentures, strengthening its balance sheet. Shareholder approval is also sought for material related party transactions with Bharti Airtel (up to ₹4,000 Cr/FY) and Indus Towers (up to ₹2,200 Cr/FY).
