Bodhtree Consulting's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 46,92,456 new equity shares. These shares were issued at Rs.30 each, which includes a face value of Rs.10 and a premium of Rs.20. As a result, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased significantly from Rs.17.17 Cr to Rs.21.87 Cr. This allotment completes the Rights Issue, strengthening the company's capital base and enhancing its financial position.
