Fine Organic Industries Limited — Others, 26-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Fine Organic Industries has released its financial results for the fiscal year 2024-25 and announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 21, 2025. Standalone revenue grew to 2,205.19 Cr from 1,951.14 Cr, with profit after tax rising to 389.66 Cr. On a consolidated basis, revenue increased to 2,269.15 Cr from 2,122.95 Cr, while consolidated profit after tax was 410.50 Cr. The Board has put forward a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share. Shareholders will also consider new Statutory and Secretarial Auditor appointments, and the continuation of Chairman Mukesh Shah's tenure.
