Relic Technologies' board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone net profit was 0.0984 Cr on total income of 0.2292 Cr. Consolidated results showed a net loss of (3.68) Cr, impacted by a 2.32 Cr impairment provision. The company also announced the resignation of Uday Pasad & Associates as Statutory Auditor and the proposed appointment of D. Kothary & Co. Additionally, Mrs. Anita Amitkumar Gupta was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and the 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2025. This quarter also saw the allotment of 15.50 lakh equity shares and 4.41 lakh equity warrants via preferential issue.
