Restaurant Brands Asia Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 26-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Restaurant Brands Asia (RBA) has allotted 9,799 new equity shares to eligible employees under its ESOP Scheme. These shares, issued at a face value of Rs. 10 each, resulted in a minor fund infusion of approximately 0.01 crore. Post-allotment, RBA's total issued and paid-up equity capital slightly increased. The total shares now stand at 58.219 crore, up from 58.218 crore shares previously, with the capital base at approximately 582.19 crore. This aligns employee incentives, causing a minimal dilution for all existing shareholders, including promoters.
