Excellent Wires and Packaging has announced its 4th Annual General Meeting to adopt the annual financial results for FY2024-25. The company's total revenue increased to Rs. 22.44 Cr from Rs. 15.41 Cr, with profit after tax rising to Rs. 1.12 Cr from Rs. 0.82 Cr. No dividend was declared to conserve funds for growth. Share capital increased to Rs. 4.47 Cr, including a bonus issue and new shares from an IPO, which listed on NSE SME in September 2024. A key proposal is to reallocate Rs. 1.45 Cr of unutilized IPO funds from 'General Corporate Purposes' to 'Acquisition of Land and Building' for a new, strategically located facility enabling future expansion. This requires over 90% shareholder approval. Statutory and Secretarial Auditors are also up for re-appointment.
