Rainbow Childrens Medicare Limited — Board Meeting, 26-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Rainbow Children's Medicare has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 352.93 Cr, with a profit after tax of Rs 53.81 Cr.

The Board also designated Dr. Pranathi Subrahmanyam Maddirala, Clinical Director of Obstetrics and Fetal Medicine, as Senior Management Personnel. Additionally, 140,810 stock options were granted under the ESOP 2025 scheme.

A key strategic update is the completed acquisition of 76% of Prashanthi Medicare Private Limited for Rs 32.60 Cr, adding a 100-bed hospital in Warangal to its portfolio.
