HeidelbergCement India has opened a special window for physical shareholders to resubmit share transfer requests. This is a one-time opportunity for transfers lodged before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected or unprocessed due to documentation issues. Shares re-lodged will only be processed in dematerialized form. The window is open from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. Eligible shareholders should submit their requests and required documents to the company's RTA. Investors are also urged to update their email IDs for smooth communication.
