Pix Transmissions Limited — Others, 26-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Pix Transmissions held its 43rd Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved key proposals. This included adopting the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and declaring a dividend on equity shares for the same period. Shareholders also re-appointed Mr. Amarpal Sethi and Mr. Sonepal Sethi as directors. Crucially, the continuation of Mrs. Abhilasha Hattangdi as an independent director beyond 75 years was approved, alongside the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Lala and the appointment of Mr. Thakur G Hotchandani as independent directors. Secretarial and Cost Auditors were also appointed/ratified.
