Typhoon Financial Services Ltd — Updates, 26-07-2025: Company Update

Typhoon Financial Services will hold its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, enabling shareholders to participate and vote electronically. The Board has also proposed key leadership changes for shareholder approval: M/s. Virendra Surana & Co. as new statutory auditors and M/s. Nishant Pandya & Associates as secretarial auditors, both for five-year terms. Furthermore, Mr. Rishab Chhajer has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee has been re-constituted.
